Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable, depending on the timing of cancellation and agreement terms.

  • In the rare event that MJR Entertainment LLC must cancel, a full refund will be issued, and we will do our best to assist in finding a replacement DJ.

Event Responsibilities

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows the use of DJ equipment and has sufficient electrical access.

  • We require a safe, covered space for equipment and performance in case of outdoor events.

  • Any inappropriate, unsafe, or unlawful behavior by guests may result in early termination of services with no refund.

Equipment and Media

  • MJR Entertainment LLC provides professional-grade, insured sound and lighting equipment.

  • We reserve the right to photograph or film our performance for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

  • If you provide media (e.g., personal playlists), it is your responsibility to ensure it is compatible and submitted ahead of time.

Liability

MJR Entertainment LLC is fully insured, but we are not liable for:

  • Personal injury or property damage caused by guests

  • Venue-related issues beyond our control (e.g., power outages, restrictions)

  • Weather-related event disruptions
